The Challenge

One of our clients contacted us for the maintenance service. Client was facing a problem with his old website which had not been updated for a long time. Apart from this, there were several issues on the website and the website was not functional. Coding structure were not properly followed at all and due to all these factors, the client’s business was suffering badly.

The Resolution

Our team understood the client’s challenges and issues in detail first. We offered a “Block of hours” Maintenance package to our client. Our QA team did audit the complete website and prepared the list of the issues. Once all the issues found by the QA team, they had handovered this to UI/UX and Development team. Team started fixing all the issues and delivered an attractive and functional website to the client. Client also gave a few new features to implement, which my team had implemented successfully.

The Result

After completion of the work, we had a demo session with the client for the website. Client was very happy with the demo and all the work done by the team. Client appreciated the team’s efforts a lot and said a big “Thank you” to all of us. Client also appreciated the communication of the Customer Success department. Client’s revenue has increased than before and client also renewed the maintenance package with us.
